Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Red Dress finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging if possible and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
